SugarChicks community rules are short: every member is a verified adult 18+, the site is for dating and companionship only, sex for money is banned, nudity is banned, scams and solicitation are banned, and every member is treated with respect. Breaking these rules leads to removal.
These rules apply to every member equally, whatever their plan, role or orientation. They are part of our terms and they are enforced.
Adults only, verified before going public
Every member must be at least 18. Every profile passes a date of birth check, a selfie liveness check and a government photo ID check before it goes public. Anyone under 18 is rejected and blocked, and unclear cases are rejected by default. See how it works on the verified dating site page.

SugarChicks is a place to date. Members meet for dinners, events, travel, mentorship and relationships. Generosity can be part of a lifestyle, like taking a partner to a good restaurant, but it is never a price for anything.

Why the line is so clear

How we expect members to treat each other

Respect in practice
- Be honest about who you are and what you want.
- Accept a no the first time, in messages and in person.
- Keep private photos private. Never share another member's album or messages outside the site.
- Respect privacy. Do not try to find a member's workplace, family or address.
- Meet in public on a first date and respect each other's limits.
Photos and profiles
Photos are moderated before they appear. Use clear, tasteful photos of yourself only. No nudity, no photos of other people without their consent, and no contact details or links in your profile.
How we enforce the rules
Rules matter only if they are enforced. We use automatic screening, member reports and human review together.
What happens
- Screening. Messages are checked automatically for offers of sex for money, gift card requests, payment app handles and requests to send money off the platform. Flagged messages are held for review.
- Reports. Every profile and chat has a one-tap report.
- Review. Our moderation team reviews flags and reports.
- Consequences. Depending on the case, a warning, removal of content, suspension or permanent removal. Accounts that offer or buy sex for money, scam other members or are found to be under 18 are removed without refund.
Blocking
You can block any member at any time. A blocked member can no longer see your profile or message you.
When you need help

No. Nudity is banned everywhere on SugarChicks, including private albums and chats. All photos are moderated.
What happens if I report someone?
Our moderation team reviews the report and takes action under these rules, from a warning to permanent removal.
Can I get a refund if my account is removed?
Accounts removed for sex for money, scams or being under 18 are removed without refund.
Can I promote my business or another site in my profile?
No. Solicitation of any kind, including links, products, investments and paid content, is not allowed.
