SugarChicks terms of service

SugarChicks is a verified dating and companionship service for adults. It is operated by the administrator of the sugarchicks.com service, referred to in these terms as "we", "us" or "our". You, the person using the service, are referred to as "you" or "member".

1. SugarChicks helps adult members meet for dating, companionship and relationships built on mutual respect.
2. The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. SugarChicks is not a marketplace for services of any kind, and nothing on the service may be offered or bought in exchange for intimacy.

You can contact us about anything in these terms at support@sugarchicks.com. Most account tasks, including cancellation, can also be handled directly in your account settings.

Every member must be an adult and must pass identity and age verification before a profile is shown to other members.

1. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
2. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. You must not have been removed from SugarChicks before, unless we have agreed in writing that you may return.
4. You may hold only one account, and it must represent you as a real person.

1. Before your profile becomes visible to other members, you must confirm your date of birth, complete a selfie liveness check and submit a government photo ID.
2. Verification is carried out with the help of a third-party identity verification provider.
3. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, your application is rejected and the account is blocked. Where the law requires it, we report such cases to the competent authorities.
4. Cases that cannot be confirmed with confidence are rejected by default. You may contact support@sugarchicks.com if you believe a rejection was a mistake.
5. A verified badge confirms that the checks were completed. It is not a guarantee of a member's character, intentions or behavior.

1. Sign-up uses your email address and a password, followed by a 6 digit code sent to your email.
2. You must keep your login details private and are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Tell us at support@sugarchicks.com right away if you suspect someone else has access to your account.

SugarChicks is for dating and companionship only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited, on the service and in any contact that starts on the service.

1. Offering, requesting or buying sexual services for money or for any other compensation, including gifts, travel, rent, shopping, cash or any other benefit.
2. Prostitution, escorting and any form of solicitation.
3. Human trafficking, coercion or the exploitation of any person in any form.
4. Any content or contact that involves, depicts or hints at a person under 18.

1. Nude, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive photos and text are not allowed.
2. Photos must show you and must be recent. All photos are moderated before or after they appear.
3. You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others.

1. Requests for money, loans, gift cards, cryptocurrency or payment app transfers are banned.
2. Sharing payment app handles, bank details or links to collect money is banned.
3. Scams, phishing, blackmail and any attempt to defraud another member are banned.
4. Fake identities, impersonation, misleading photos and false information about age, identity or relationship status are banned.

1. Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech and unwanted sexual messages are banned.
2. Commercial use is banned, including advertising, promotion, recruiting, selling products or services and sending members to other sites.
3. Automated access, scraping, bots and attempts to bypass security, verification or limits are banned.
4. Sharing another member's photos, private albums or personal details outside the service without consent is banned.

We keep SugarChicks safe through moderation, automatic message screening and member reports.

1. Messages are screened automatically for signs of offers of sex for money, requests for gift cards, payment app handles and off-platform money requests.
2. Flagged messages may be held for review by our moderation team before delivery.
3. Screening helps protect members, but no system catches everything. Please report anything that worries you.

1. Every profile and chat has a report option. You can also block any member at any time.
2. Our moderation team reviews reports and may ask for more information.
3. We may remove content, limit features, hold messages or require new verification while a report is reviewed.

1. We may suspend or permanently close an account that breaks these terms, puts members at risk or breaks the law.
2. Accounts that offer, request or buy sex for money are removed.
3. If your account is suspended or closed for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused part of your membership, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
4. Where the law requires it, we report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
5. You may close your account at any time in your account settings.

SugarChicks has no unpaid accounts. Every member holds a paid membership, which keeps the community verified and serious.

The features of each plan are described on the pricing page. Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.

1. Memberships are subscriptions only.
2. We do not sell credits, tokens, pay per message options or one-off purchases.
3. Plan limits, such as the number of new conversations per month, renew with each billing period.

1. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same length of time and at the price shown at renewal.
2. We tell you in advance if the price of your plan changes. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

1. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.
2. After cancellation your membership does not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded for partial periods.

1. If you move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the price difference is charged right away and the new plan starts once that payment succeeds.
2. If you move to a lower plan, the change takes effect at your next renewal.

Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may use it by writing to support@sugarchicks.com within the legal period. If you asked for the service to start straight away, the law may allow us to keep a proportionate amount for the time already used, or the right may end once the service has been fully provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

1. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
2. Charges appear on your card statement under a discreet billing descriptor that does not name the site in a revealing way.
3. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until the payment is completed.

SugarChicks introduces adult members to each other. You decide whom you talk to and whom you meet, and you are responsible for your own meetings.

1. We do not run background checks beyond identity and age verification, and we do not supervise meetings.
2. You are responsible for your own conduct and for the decisions you make when you meet other members.
3. Please read our safety guide and community rules before your first date.

1. Meet for the first time in a busy public place, such as a cafe, restaurant or hotel lobby.
2. Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back.
3. Arrange your own travel to and from the date.
4. Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or payment app transfers to someone you met online.
5. Keep conversations on SugarChicks until you are comfortable, so our screening and reporting tools can protect you.
6. Report anyone who asks for money, offers money for sex or makes you feel unsafe.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add to your profile, and you give us the limited rights we need to run the service.

1. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license, without any payment owed to you, to host, store, display, resize and moderate your profile content only to operate, secure and improve SugarChicks.
2. We show your profile only to signed-in members. We do not use your photos in advertising.
3. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we must keep for legal, safety or dispute reasons.

1. You own the content you upload or have the right to use it.
2. Your content follows these terms and the community rules.

The SugarChicks name, logo, design, software and site text belong to the administrator of the sugarchicks.com service or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.

We work hard to keep SugarChicks reliable and safe, but some things are outside our control.

1. SugarChicks is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that you will find a match or that the service will always be uninterrupted or without errors.
2. We are not responsible for the conduct of members, on or off the service, to the extent the law allows.

1. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of data.
2. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
3. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights under mandatory consumer law.

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we suffer because you broke these terms or the law while using the service, to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes.

1. We tell members about important changes by email or in the account before they take effect.
2. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel your membership before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

1. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
2. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
3. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else.
4. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
